The Siege of Falcon was a decisive battle in the Americas, part of NATO's attempt to halt SPQM's advance and influence in the world. The siege was spearheaded by the nation of Baltija on August 2nd against a town led by a banned mayor (Devourer of Cheese)

NATO forces quickly gathered below the banner on the platform that the Baltija leader had built around it. However, [[RomanDiCario]] had anticipated this and had previously placed a /sethome on top of glass blocks at the build height limit, directly in the banner chunk. As soon as he saw NATO forces gathering, he immediately teleported to it. He launched TNT minecarts, but they were noticed by the enemy and shot down — though a few slipped through and managed to kill MoNoCuRvE and CakeLordFx, who were standing at the banner.

[[SPQM]] and their allies pushed toward the banner, and a fierce battle began around the platform. SPQM’s allies were eventually able to push NATO forces into their gank, allowing SPQM forces to start mass-capping the banner. NATO's attempts to effectively bomb the banner were intercepted by SPQM fighters, who had been strategically placed on top to shut them down.

NATO forces were pinned down in their gank as SPQM and their allies began using enchanted crossbows with fireworks to push back and blind NATO members.

The nation of Imperial Russia, led by HairySonic, suddenly switched sides during this session and began using debuff arrows and potions against SPQM forces. The reason for this betrayal is still unknown.

NATO members attempted several pushes toward the banner, most notably led by the Italian leaders MoNoCuRvE and canadiangoos. However, these attempts were ultimately unsuccessful, and SPQM forces were able to cap the banner once again.

NATO forces were once again pinned down in their gank when, suddenly, several of their potion-filled chests were broken. An ally with permissions had destroyed them—it was later revealed that this was the doing of Hokkaido’s leader, [[0xBit]], and their member, [[Hosentil]]. The reason behind this decision remains unknown.

During this session, SPQM forces and their allies launched a counterattack inside Baltija’s gank, initiating a mass killing of NATO forces.

At this time, French forces led by SneekySushi arrived to support the NATO offensive, but they arrived in the middle of the counterattack and were killed, forcing the survivors to retreat up the water elevator for safety. SPQM allies were later lured into a nearby cave near the gank and became trapped, making it difficult for them to return to the banner. Nonetheless, the session remained in SPQM’s favor!

There were many attempts by NATO members to target and kill [[RomanDiCario]], specifically italian leader MoNoCuRvE kept targeting him but was unsucessesful, it is reported Roman
was employing enchanted golden apples which made killing him a challenge

An unknown ally of SPQM with perms (later to be revealed [[Hokkaido]]) broke and griefed the SPQM gank, the griefers then placed water in SPQM spawn, this made the command /n spawn SPQM stop working, as when SPQM forces tried to do /n spawn they were met with a message saying "This is not a safe place to spawn".

This meant no one from SPQM´s side could come into battle as there was no nearby outpost or place to spawn in, making it impossible for anyone from SPQM's side to go into the battle

This completely turned the tide and helped NATO forces as they quickly gathered around the banner to cap during night without opossition, during this time SPQM leader romandicario and some of their allies were already asleep or off the server, and no fights were reported during this time

It was later revealed by staff that the nations of [[Hokkaido]] and [[Iran]] were behind the grief of SPQM´s gank.

This siege marked the end of the [[SPQM Invasion of the Americas]] in an anticlimatic battle, with many towns belonging to SPQM either creating their own nations such as California, Texas and Florida, and many others joining other nations in the region such as the [[United States]].

== Overview ==

The SPQM Invasion of the Americas is an ongoing continent-wide military campaign spearheaded by [[SPQM]], under the command of [[RomanDiCario]]. Beginning on July 4, the operation has involved a series of high-level sieges and defections across both North and South America.

The campaign began with a coordinated double assault on Dallas and Philadelphia, and quickly escalated into one of the most aggressive wars in modern EarthPol history. RomanDiCario, supported by Spain, the Crimean Federation, and mercenaries from across Eurasia, launched what he declared to be a mission to “restore order” in the Americas.

== The Opening Strikes ==

The first attacks came on Independence Day, July 4. SPQM and Spanish forces stormed Dallas, facing minimal resistance. Roman personally intercepted and killed CommanderVideoYT and his ally in a preemptive ambush by the two, leading to the surrender of Dallas and the town's alignment with SPQM.

That same day, SPQM turned toward Philadelphia, where a larger NATO defensive force, including leaders like [[Quite_Toast]] and [[Ronnieldhino]], attempted to rally. Despite some success in capturing banner points, SPQM forces pushed them back using TNT carts and elite PvP fighters such as Hyrax, Naha, and Patati’s Delacroix division. Philadelphia fell the next day.
== Canada Falls: Oshawa ==

On July 5, the town of Oshawa near Toronto came under siege. The town's defenders, outnumbered and outflanked by Roman’s reinforced troops (including Japanese mercenaries like Pori_12c), surrendered without a prolonged battle.
== Turning Point: Siege of Houston ==

The brutal Siege of Houston on July 12–13 marked the most destructive engagement yet. Home to over 40 players, the city was heavily fortified. Roman planted a banner outside the city at dawn, unleashing mercenaries from Spain and Crimea.

After pushing defenders into the city, SPQM’s troops engaged in house-to-house combat, massacring residents and breaching bunkers. The battle turned briefly in NATO’s favor when Tobikoer (Spain) and Hyrax were banned mid-conflict, costing SPQM 12,000 points.

Yet, Roman pressed on. After 13 sessions of non-stop assault, Houston collapsed on July 13. Civilian casualties were extensive.
== July 17: Honduras & Buenos Aires ==

On July 17, SPQM launched a coordinated two-front siege targeting:

* Honduras, defended by a 30-player NATO coalition within their ganks,

* Buenos Aires, Argentina’s capital, which was poorly defended

In Honduras, intense fighting broke out near the pyramid gates. A massive TNT minecart launcher stalled SPQM’s progress, but internal disorganization and infighting among the defenders allowed SPQM to gain ground. They ultimately won 11 of 12 battle sessions.

Meanwhile, Buenos Aires fell with minimal resistance. Argentina subsequently severed ties with NATO and joined the SPQM coalition.
== Aftermath ==

The repeated defeats shattered confidence in the USA and NATO leadership. Key towns such as:
