Norway will host 3 stations, with the line terminating in Alta. The area of Troms Og Finnmark(Tromso) will also be served, with stations at Lofoten and Alfheim Stadion.

It is hoped that the connection can improve the trade and diplomatic relations between Norway, Finland, and Paris in the long term.
