Radec was formed on 18th December by HeinPickledBeans in V7, it was formerly known as '''Port Radec''' — formed in Newfoundland under the nation of [[Borealia]]. Port Radec was dissolved and recreated in Hermosillo, Mexico, now apart of the [[Mexican Empire]] under the name of Radec.
