Consequently, they would leave for Haida Gwaii. Following this rift, the nation started to slow in terms of acitivty, leaving the leader of Cascadia, Sapa and Casc as the two most active players in the nation. During the late stages of Version 3, Sapa would skip the ~~pacific~~ to form a nation in India, leaving Casc in charge of Portland, and Cascadia. 			At the beginning of Version 4 Casc would immediately settle his first town, New Westminster, one of the first towns on the west coast, and later become one of the first nations on the west coast.

			Near the peak of Version 4, Cascadia came under fire from the United States due to conflicting claims over Washington and Oregon. With Casc not being a great pvper himself, and Cascadia being a smaller nation, Casc quickly searched for allies. He merged Cascadia with Texas, led by 1ett, to create Pacifica. After some time Casc would betray 1ett, fail to succede from Pacifica, and leave for China.

			In China Casc would found Pingxiang as part of the Republic of China. After the nation's eventual collapse Casc founded Xiang, and became more and more inactive until the server closed.
