He is the of the former Chief Justice of the United Nations, and the current Secretary General and Lead Press Reporter. UnitedParas was nominated and elected to the position of ICJ Justice on August 26, 2025. On the same day, he issued two arrest warrants for Canada's leader _N20 and SPQM's leader RomanDiCario relating to alleged war crimes the two had committed. On August 27, 2025 UnitedParas survived an assassination attempt by nationless player SouthEastAces.

On September 15, 2025 UnitedParas ran unopposed for Secretary General and won by acclamation, after running on a platform of rewriting and reforming the UN Charter and organization. On September 16, 2025 UnitedParas and Pasargadae seceded from Iran, and forming its own nation of the Il-Khanate with him as its leader, and his partner HighGround1887 as co-leader.
