The nation of Barbados was originally created under the name Guadeloupe by zPeTerr on July 2nd, 2025. The nation of Guadeloupe along with the capital city of Les Abymes was purchased by taurzan for 5,000 gold on October 2nd. The nation was then renamed to Barbados, the capital set to Bridgetown on the island of Barbados, and the town of Les Abymes merged into the town of Madeira.
Peak and Downfall
Barbados is currently at its peak, harboring 6 towns, encircling the Caribbean Sea and in South America.
History
The capital city of Barbados, Bridgetown, was originally the town of Es Castell which was on the island of Minorca in the Mediterranean Sea. The town was reclaimed by CouponKat with only 1 chunk and the rest of the island was claimed by the town of Smyrna. After failing to have Smyrna unclaim their land on the island, the town of Es Castell claimed an outpost on the island of Barbados and the town was renamed to Bridgetown, finally settling on the new island.
The island of Barbados was severely damaged, and after failing to have it restored by staff, the overseer, taurzan, had no choice but to restore the island himself (with a few helpers).
The town of Falcon was subdued to Barbadian forces on October 12th, 2025. (Then left on November 16th, 2025.)
