Paypal_IRL, better known as Hatsune Miku or simply "Miku," joined on August 22, 2025. Within his first week, he founded the nation of Great Yuan and moved its capital from Quaraqorum to Luoyang.

Miku quickly became known for his rampant antisemitism and his hatred of the nation Beijing. His first major scandal was during the trial of RomanDiCairo, in which he was a witness. His testimony included references to a "Jewish conspiracy" and statements such as "Terrorism isn't that bad." He was later dismissed as insane and declared not mentally well.

After this, Miku, along with an undisclosed partner, attempted to carry out genocide against the villagers of EarthPol. The villagers were eventually restored after many nations threatened to quit if this was not reversed, although Miku still considered it a victory since he managed to steal the nether star of Baltija.

His first major siege was against Tehran, during which he was scammed by Roman for 3,000 gold. Although Miku’s side won the siege, it created a rift within the alliance he was part of, known as the "Super Friends." This rift ultimately led to the departure of SPQM from the group and the later siege of Roman’s capital. During this siege, Miku played a key role by repeatedly knocking Roman off the carting platform, helping Dandire and Yellowbee maintain dominance of the skies above DiCairo.

Emboldened by this victory, Miku escalated further during the final session of the siege of DiCairo. He dropped a banner on Houston but added a twist: instead of conducting a normal siege, he orchestrated a gank outside of a siege zone to prove that the Super Friends could defeat NVKE under any scenario. Miku’s hypothesis was proven correct after a decisive victory against both the USA and NVKE. As a result, the town of Houston was later merged into the town of Luoyang, marking the first Chinese landing in America and beginning Miku’s conquest of the USA.
