The Great Horde Alliance (Great Horde) is a confederation of various Asian countries seeking cooperation and defense from one another. The alliance was originally under the name of the Pacific Defense Treaty Organization (PDTO), but after the inclusion of the Il-Khanate and Cossak Hetmanate, a new alliance was created. The Great Horde Alliance is comprised of each nation leader, as well as their direct subordinates.

On September 19, 2025 the Great Horde declared war against the nation of New Normandy, after a series of Norman raids against the Il-Khanate and its allies.
