OneSpookyGhost originally resided and co-founded Anchorage, Alaska. After a brief conflict with 0xbit, who was friends with a user that started Anchorage in previous versions and was upset, OneSpookyGhost, AloofJuice, and other residents of Alaska fled to Iran. Ghost founded Iran with collaboration from AloofJuice and 8set. After a week of activity, 8set and AloofJuice went inactive. OneSpookyGhost built the nation and recruited actively, making it the most active nation for a period of two weeks. He constructed the majority of the infrastructure up to that point and eventually created a themed F1 track.

Ghost received a proposal from one of his citizens, Maplesen, who wanted to bring along friends and reform the government, requesting coleader status in exchange. Seeing the potential and aiming to add levels of government, Ghost accepted and made Maplesen co-leader. After a month of co-leading the nation with Maplesen, Ghost handed full power to Maplesen on August 11th. This decision was due to a loss of interest, as the people he had built the nation with had since left. Ghost then moved to Swadia, where he currently resides. OneSpookyGhost is currently a Moderator for the EarthPol Staff Team.
