Ecliptica

Ecliptica (also known as EarthPol V6) was the sixth major version of the geopolitical Minecraft server EarthPol. It began on 21 June 2024 and ended on 2 December 2024, lasting approximately six months. This made it the second longest-lasting version in EarthPol history, following Nebula, which ran for eight months. Ecliptica was notable for being the first version in which MrTytanic served as server owner, succeeding 0xBit, who had led the project during previous iterations.

Ecliptica featured many returning players and towns from prior versions, while also seeing a renewed emphasis on diplomacy, large-scale wars, and regional alliances. The result of these efforts led to its name, "Ecliptica" as it would reflect its ambition of uniting different playstyles under a shared server-wide "light," contrasting previous versions' themes of fragmentation and collapse.
